Structural Surveying

We offer a wide range of surveys from desk top to intrusive. Working with specialist partners where needed, we offer clients a one stop shop experience, creating a compre-hensive surveying service on any project.

Our skills and experience includes:
• HRB surveys using drone technology
• External Wall Investigations and reporting
• Simple subsidence cases
• Urgent Asset Management cases. This covers emergency responses to clients who need structural inspections to support their asset management teams. Recent examples includes link bridge replacement, subsidence and a collapsed chimney
• Coordinating site investigations on remediation projects for example checking ground conditions for underpinning purposes
• Coordinating/ appointing integrated surveying teams on behalf of our clients eg: specialist designer such as Arboriculturists, contractors and site investigators
