Our Contract Administration role has been particularly useful to our clients carrying out cyclical maintenance and cladding remediation projects from initial survey to completion of the works whilst residents remain in occupation. One constant lead who has knowledge of the building from the outset is a huge advantage as disciplines such as Architect, Structural Engineer and Main Contractor all must work together to tight timescales.
