Acting as Employer’s Agent and/ or Contract Administrator, our team has extensive experience working in occupied properties, carefully coordinating access with tenants and stakeholders to minimise disruption while maintaining safety and programme efficiency. We undertake detailed intrusive and non-intrusive surveys, including opening up existing structures to assess existing materials, cavity barriers, and fire stopping.
Our service includes identifying and reporting non-conforming or defective work, supported by clear, evidence-based recommendations reflecting current regulations and guidance. We oversee the development of recladding design solutions, working closely with design teams to ensure compliance, buildability, and cost control. We also coordinate planning applications where required.
From early-stage budgeting through to detailed cost planning and final account, we provide our clients with accurate financial information including preparing cost schedules for MHCLG and acting a Grant Certifying Officer. We regularly lead contractor procurement, ensuring competent, compliant teams are identified. Appointed often as Principal Designer and Clerk of Works, we maintain a strong on-site presence, monitoring quality, safety, and compliance throughout delivery.
