Employer’s Agent

To help our clients deliver a compliant service in the current regulatory environment, we are proud that most of our team are professionally qualified including 2 FRICS and 22 MRICS.

Our Employer’s Agents are highly experienced in working on a range of projects including:

New build land led projects from feasibility stage/ pre acquisition
Section 106 sites
Projects including MMC solutions
Refurbishment and conversion schemes
Cladding remediation including HRB’s
Contract Management in the case of contractor insolvency

We work across all RIBA stages from RIBA 0/1, where we are taking the lead in design reviews, preparing comprehensive programmes, consultant team appointments and risk trackers, supporting our client’s to achieve a viable planning application.

Our Employer’s Agent work closely with the other disciplines in our business and call on our in-house experts to deliver a highly professional, integrated service at all times.
