Party Wall Surveyors

Our team of Party Wall surveyors are all IPWS qualified and provide clear, practical advice across a wide range of residential and development projects. From major new developments to domestic extensions and renovations, we ensure full compliance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 while protecting the interests of all parties involved.

Our services include acting for developers on large-scale schemes for Housing Association and Local Authority clients relating to adjoining owner notices, as well as supporting homeowners with straightforward, reliable guidance for smaller domestic works.

We prepare and serve Party Wall Notices, agree Party Wall Awards, and act impartially where disputes arise.

We also advise on neighbourly matters beyond the Act, including access agreements, helping to maintain positive relationships between property owners throughout the construction process. Additional services include boundary determination, drafting scaffold licences, and oversail agreements, ensuring all legal and practical considerations are properly addressed before work begins.

Working with both social housing landlords and private homeowners, we bring a balanced, professional approach to every instruction. Our focus is on clear communication, efficiency, and minimising delays, allowing projects to proceed with confidence and without unnecessary complication.
