Leadership

PPP is genuinely Partner-led, reflecting a strong personal commitment to quality, accountability, and client service.

Every project is coordinated directly by one of our experienced Partners, ensuring senior oversight from start to finish rather than delegation to junior members of staff. This approach delivers better outcomes for clients, with in-depth expertise applied at every stage of a project. To strengthen continuity and resilience, each project is supported by a Resilience Partner, providing additional perspective, challenge, and assurance. This structure enables us to remain responsive, maintain momentum, and manage complexity without compromising standards.

By staying actively involved and with a strong emphasis on building close relationships with our clients, our Partners ensure that excellent judgement, and accuracy remain at the heart of everything we deliver.

PPP Future Talent

We are proud to support many young people through their careers within PPP. We are APC Counsellors and offer mentoring for RICS APC to ensure a lifeblood of new qualified surveyors, often supporting our clients endeavours as well.

Tim Stalley

A consultant with over 40 years of construction experience, Tim is based at our Euston office. He manages new-build, refurbishment, and remediation schemes, ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Dean Wichall

Dean has over 35 years of industry experience, specialising in project management, quantity surveying, and construction technology. He leads our CDM-PD department and manages the Partnership’s financial affairs. His experience includes housing, dementia care, educational facilities, and small commercial projects.

David Eldridge

Joining the Partnership in 2006 as a trainee Quantity Surveyor, David progressed to Partner in 2021 and is an FRICS construction professional focused on quantity surveying with over 20 years of industry knowledge. He provides a wide range of experience across new-build, refurbishment, mixed-use, and commercial fit-out services heading up our London office.

Laurie Heyman

Laurie, a construction professional with 18+ years in quantity surveying (FRICS), leads our Brighton and West Malling offices, overseeing Cost Consultants, Project Managers, and Site Inspectors. He mentors RICS APC surveyors as PPP’s APC Counsellor.

Luca Speroni

Luca joined the practice at the start of his professional career in 2007 and now leads our Building Surveying Team. He specializes in fire safety, forensic investigations, defects analysis, damp and mould surveys, void inspections, and neighbourly matters for various types of properties, including high-rise blocks.
