• Intrusive technical inspections of external wall systems to support fire engineers’ assessments.
• External wall system visual inspections to support MHCLG data collection exercise.
• Project Management and Client representation during remedial programmes to external and internal elements of occupied properties.
• Providing stock condition surveys for purchase and disposal proposals.
• Building Owner and Adjoining Owner representation in Party Wall matters.
• Undertaking cyclical repairs and refurbishment projects to residential property schemes, including managing rolling annual programmes and preparation of ten-year plans.
• Managing day-to-day repairs, maintenance and void servicing 

All our Building Surveyors are DBS checked, experienced in within residents’  homes, trained in safeguarding awareness and always operate in pairs.
