Stock Conditions Surveys

We provide RICS regulated visual inspections, energy performance assessments (EPC’s) and retrofit assessments for housing associations, local authorities and social housing providers to assess the current condition of their property portfolio for asset management and maintenance planning. Specialist in undertaking condition surveys for street properties and blocks where residents are in occupation, we also deliver 5 year strategic maintenance plans, helping clients retain the value in their stock and meet key legislation and regulations such as Decent Homes Standard and Building Safety Act 2022.
