PROJECT CASE STUDY

Old Marston Paddock, Oxford

This project consists of 40 new affordable homes developed by our client on a previously disused paddock in the sought after location of Old Marston.

The development comprises 21 council homes for social rent with 19 shared ownership homes, easing pressure on the housing register while providing opportunities for local buyers to take their first step onto the housing ladder.
The homes have an all-electric design built with sustainability in mind – engineered to cut heating bills for residents and exceed national carbon reduction targets by around 56% through enhanced insulation, airtightness, high-performance windows, and air source heat pumps.

Modern row of terraced houses with brick and dark panel exteriors in Old Marston, featuring large windows, parking spaces, and views across the paddock under a clear blue sky.
