New Road Triangle, Feltham

PPP LLP was appointed by EcoWorld London as Employers Agent, Cost Consultant, and Clerk of Works for the JV, operating alongside a separate independent Employers Agent engaged by the council, until such time as Lampton Homes sold on units to LB of Hounslow. Our appointment then developed into JV supervisor and lead Employers Agent role.

We led design development and cost advisory services, working with material supply chains

to provide accurate cost guidance. This ensured the project remained viable both technically and financially. By providing early cost advice, we enabled The JV to make informed decisions and avoid expensive redesigns at later stages.

We also led the tender process via the JV’s procurement portal to identify a suitable construction partner.

When the sales market softened, we worked with the JV to review the tenure mix, reducing the number of open market for sale units and converting to shared ownership. Changes were identified and actioned so as not to impact on programme. Our Clerk of Works audits ensured the amended specifications per plot were accurately implemented on site.
