Former Adur Civic Centre, Shoreham by Sea

New homes for Shoreham-by-Sea in two blocks with cores varying between 3 – 9 storeys, positioned around a central courtyard garden extending to nearby Ham Park and within walking distance to the town centre. Ground floors will be used for a range of commercial uses and are being fitted out as flexible Cat A office spaces. 

We have been involved in the project since the feasibility stage, overseeing the project through Building Safety Act Gateway 1 and Gateway 2 for Block B, with the Gateway 3 submission due to be made in June 2026.
