Eric Street, Tower Hamlets

The Eric Street Development sees the creation of high-quality new flats on top of existing buildings. It is located within the Mile End estate, one of five estates in the borough that are owned and managed by East End Homes. The work has been undertaken by East End Homes’ development partner, Eric Street Development Ltd (ESDL), which assumed responsibility for the completion of building works.  

Ranging from one-to-three bedrooms, these flats will be allocated to residents of Tower Hamlets who are on the housing waiting list. A proportion of the flats will be set aside to support current tenants whose homes are overcrowded. 

We are acting as Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultant, Site Inspectors and providing monitoring surveyor duties and support for the start-up contracting company.
