PROJECT CASE STUDY

Chalgrove, South Oxon

This scheme predominantly made up of two storey 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes, with 2 low rise blocks of flats, now called Meadow Bank was built close to the picturesque village of Chalgrove in South Oxfordshire.

The project dealt with the issue of a high water table by installing significant swales and water drainage features whilst maintaining the idyllic village feel, seamlessly creating an extension to the adjacent small village and its facilities, including a new play area and walking / hiking trails.

A row of modern, two-storey brick houses with pitched roofs lines a quiet residential street in Charlgrove, South Oxon, on a cloudy day.
