Carey Lodge Refurbishment, Leighton Buzzard

We coordinated the procurement of a contractor and oversaw the delivery of the refurbishment works which included the comprehensive overhaul of the interior of the main building, to provide a modern, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents.

Key features of the refurbishment included state-of-the-art fixtures and equipment; contemporary furnishings and décor; and upgraded wi-fi connectivity.  Communal areas were also reconfigured to create welcoming spaces for residents and their visitors.

This revitalised care home for older people is known now as Wing View Care Centre. The choice to rename the home was inspired by the local setting.
