Beresford Avenue, Wembley

This brownfield development revitalised a derelict factory and warehouse site, delivering two high quality apartment blocks ranging from five to seven

storeys. The scheme includes 12,000 ft² of commercial space at ground floor level, contributing to the wider regeneration of the area. The design has taken advantage of the impressive canal side location to provide these low energy apartments for local people.

Initially engaged as EA on this package deal, we carried out duties from contract formation through to completion including validating value for money and overseeing delivery. We coordinated with third party consultants to ensure quality and compliance was maintained, with particular focus on M&E installation.

We provided additional Clerk of Works resource at short notice to maintain the contractor’s snagging programme, helping avoid client attributable delays and ensuring smooth progression to handover. The scheme was delivered to the client’s approved budget and quality standards.
