PPP was pleased to attend the first phase handover of 22 new homes at Windemere House recently, part of the Eric Street Development in Mile End, Tower Hamlets.

The innovative scheme comprises a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and three-bedroom duplexes, creating much-needed affordable housing by developing rooftop extensions above existing residential blocks.

Working on behalf of East End Homes, PPP has provided project monitoring services throughout the development, including site inspections and cost consultancy. Construction works have been undertaken by East End Homes’ development partner, Eric Street Developments Limited (ESDL).

Once complete, the wider scheme will deliver 95 new homes, making an important contribution to the local housing supply.
