The Partners are delighted to announce the promotion of Conor Elliott Walker MRICS to the position of Associate, effective from 1 August 2026.
Conor joined Philip Pank Partnership in December 2015 as a Graduate Surveyor, seeking the strong mentorship and professional support to progress through the APC process and achieve Chartered status. Through dedication and hard work, he successfully attained MRICS qualification in June 2020, and has since continued to develop his expertise, gaining additional accreditations in the growing field of retrofit and sustainability.
Over the past decade, Conor has become an integral member of the PPP team. He is highly regarded for his technical knowledge, professionalism and unwavering commitment to client service. His customer-focused approach has is appreciated by our clients while his willingness to support colleagues and consistently go above and beyond exemplifies the values of the Practice.
Conor’s promotion recognises not only his professional achievements and technical capabilities, but also the significant contribution he has made to the success and growth of the business.
