Genesis purchased over 100 properties, in seven inner London Boroughs, and instructed PPP to survey and schedule out any remedial works required to achieve current RSL standards to all elements of the demise. These properties were then let to local residents. We were further instructed to survey and issue Energy Performance Certificates to each dwelling.
