The contract was let on a Term Contract basis, with Partnering Agreement, to one contractor and the works comprised of the internal refurbishment of Kitchens, Bathrooms and Electrical Installations on a planned basis. All the sheltered properties are located throughout London, the Home Counties and Southern England. We led the tenant consultation process alongside the Trust’s surveyors, including maximising the tenants’ choice.
