The project provided 14 shared ownership and 26 rented units in two blocks. Situated adjacent to a major roundabout near Crawley town centre. Sub-basement included together with timber frame construction and bathroom pods. Measures included to prevent sound penetration from nearby roadway. Extensive Section 38 and 106 works also required.
