The Anchor Trust required a reconfiguration of its new headquarters office space to accommodate the relocation of a team of specialist personnel. PPP were engaged to provide a series of options to achieve both the tight delivery deadlines and also space requirements. A contract was negotiated with the contractor who previously fitted out the office shell. The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget.
