New Grange St Pauls Hotel is now open for business !
Grange Hotel’s new flagship 5 star hotel, the Grange St. Pauls Hotel has opened for business. Built on the site of BT’s Faraday House, a former communications hub for London, the project involved major enabling works and provides 435 rooms with extensive conference, dining, bar and health club facilities.
Royal Arsenal receives Building for Life Award
The Royal Arsenal development in Woolwich was one of only six UK schemes to be recognised at the awards ceremony. In all 24 schemes received the award in 2008, out of 125 schemes entered.
The partnership acted as Cost Consultants and Employers Agents.
Spring Gardens featured in the Guardian!
Spring Gardens the new hostel built by St.Mungo's, which is the first purpose built homeless hostel in Britain, was featured in the Arts section of the Guardian 2nd September 2009 (click here to see the article). We acted as Employers Agent and Cost Consultants for the scheme, further information will be available shortly under the projects/residential tab at the top of the page.
Philip Pank Achieves ISO9001-2008 accreditation !
The partnership has for some time held accreditation against ISO 9001-2000, recently we were audited by BSI against the new ISO9001-2008 quality standard and we are pleased to announce that our systems and procedures were of the required standard for accreditation.

Sovereign Housing Group has won the UK Housing Award 2009 for “Encouraging Innovation and Efficiency” for its work on the framework it heads with a number of RSL’s, Contractors and Employer’s Agents. The partnership is one of Sovereign’s lead consultants and sits on the Framework’s Core Group for this initiative.
